Directions for cyclists
Cycling to Adlershof to the Wilhelm-Conrad-Röntgen-Campus
Coming from Berlin city centre (52.43051, 1353157)
The Wilhelm-Conrad-Röntgen-Campus ("WCRC"), Albert-Einstein-Straße 15, 12489 Berlin-Adlershof) and the Institute for Silicon Photovoltaics can be reached via the Berlin Wall cycle path along the Teltow Canal to the Wegedorn Bridge. Here we recommend crossing the busy "Ernst-Ruska-Ufer" at the traffic lights. Continue along Wegedornstraße and Rudower Chaussee on the roadside raised cycle path. Turn right into Magnusstrasse until you reach Albert-Einstein-Strasse 15. In this part of the WISTA Adlershof site, the right-hand lane has priority over the left-hand lane.
Berlin Wall Cycle Trail
From S-Bhf. Schöneweide to the Wilhelm-Conrad-Röntgen-Campus
From S-Bhf. Adlershof to the Wilhelm-Conrad-Röntgen-Campus
A raised cycle path leads from Adlergestell and Adlershof S-Bahn station along Rudower Chaussee to Magnusstraße.
The Adlershof S-Bahn station does not currently have a bike hire service.
PVcomB from Berlin Wall Cycle Trail / Wegedornstrasse
To get to PVcomB, head west at the Wegedornstrasse / Rudower Chaussee junction until you reach Schwarzschildstrasse and then continue to PVcomB:
Cycling to Wannsee to the Lise-Meitner-Campus (52.41128, 13.12987)
From the Wannsee S-Bahn station, the cycle path (signposted B-HM Berlin-Hameln, EV 2, 7 Euro-Velo, R1 Europa-Radweg 1) runs alongside the Kronprinzessinnenweg and crosses over into Königstraße at the traffic lights; turn right here. Cycle path signposting is available. Follow the roadside raised cycle path along Königstraße over the Wannseebrücke bridge to Friedensstraße, which we recommend you take. Continue via "Am Wildgatter" and "Martin-Heydert-Strasse" to Hahn-Meitner-Platz, largely avoiding cobblestones.
The Wannsee S-Bahn station does not currently offer bike hire.
