At HZB-MX beamlines

Usage on HZB-MX beamlines

• Login on our data-processing-machine hklx  with your PX user account.
• Start XDSAPP3 by typing "xdsapp3" and proceed as described in "GUI mode".

Live processing

This mode allows processing during data collection.

• Select the dataset you want to process as described above.
• In the "Settings" tab, adjust the ending frame  (second field in "Data range") and check the box for "Live processing".
• Click "Do all" in the left column.
• Please wait until you have collected at least ten degrees before you start live processing, otherwise the indexing may fail.
